Accompass continues to grow and evolve in the area of compensation

Since welcoming Senior Vice President Anand Parsan and his team last fall, Accompass has continued to grow its Executive and Broad-based Compensation team. Now, as a team of eight with over 60 years of experience, they continue to build on an industry-leading Executive and Broad-based Compensation practice.

Jonathan Foster has joined Accompass as Vice President, Executive Compensation. Foster, who was previously a partner at a well-known Canadian consulting firm, brings a decade of experience in the areas of board governance and executive compensation.

“Jonathan is a great addition to our growing team,” said Parsan. “His penchant for driving business results for our clients through effective total rewards programs perfectly complements our mission to make it right for our clients, from the biggest picture to the smallest detail.”

In addition to Foster, Associate Consultants Ravi Patel and Joseph Kurukulasuriya have recently joined the team, giving Accompass a full breadth of talent and deep bench strength to meet the needs of the Canadian market.

The experienced team applies Accompass’ uniquely attentive client service approach to advising boards and management on the strategy, design, and governance of compensation and incentives for CEOs, senior leaders, and non-employee directors. The team advises clients on a full range of board advisory services and total rewards for executives, including base pay, short- and long-term incentives, executive health benefits, perks and pension plans.
