Accompass has revealed that the average budgeted salary increase for 2018 is 2.5% in their 2018 Salary Budget Report.In addition to the average budgeted salary increase the report focuses on respondents' top compensation priorities for 2018.
“The top two priorities – external competitiveness and internal equity – indicate how employers will focus on foundational aspects of total rewards management in 2018. The third priority – cost containment – indicates a need to spend compensation dollars in an effective way,” says Accompass Vice President, Anne Peiris.
